Koh Samed (Koh Samet)

A twenty minute drive from Mae Phim Beach is the port of Ban Phe. Take the ferry and you will reach the idyllic Koh Samed within half an hour. A palm-strewn tropical island, surrounded by beautiful beaches and a clear blue sea, exploring Koh Samed is great day out. A faster crossing is also possible by taking the speed boat.

Koh Mun, Koh Talu en Koh Kudee

Take a 30-minute speedboat ride to pristine islands off the coast, where you will find white sandy beaches and crystal clear water. Excellent places for swimming and snorkeling. Diving is also possible. The Rayong Dive Center at Coca Cola Beach (10 minutes drive) has boats and excursions.

 

              

 

Koh Chang

2 hours drive and you cross the ferry to a mountainous tropical paradise. Swim in an azure sea and walk over white beaches against a background of coconut trees. Go on a jungle trip in the beautiful green countryside or dive into the amazing underwater world. Good to do in two days.

National Parks

An impressive attraction 40 kilometers away. Khao Chamao, Khao Wong and Khao Sabap are known for their overwhelming nature and wild animals such as elephants, bears, leopards, gibbons and boars. There are also more than 50 bird species on display.

The Wangjuntr Golfclub

A beautiful golf course 30 minutes away. You can choose from three 18-hole loops. The 'Highland' is with its 6840 meters the longest golf course in Thailand. Within an hour's drive from the house there are 10 other golf courses.

Bangkok

The capital of Thailand, also known as the Venice of the East, is a metropolis with more than 10 million inhabitants. A dynamic city with many sights, excellent restaurants and a busy nightlife. Moreover, it is a true paradise for shoppers. A weekend of shopping is certainly a possibility.

           

Angkor Wat

Drive to Cambodia in one and a half hours by car. Siem Reap is not too far beyond the border. To the north of the city are the temples of Angkor. The most famous temple 'Angkor Wat' is considered the largest religious building in the world. An ideal trip for a long weekend.
